White Chocolate Chip Strawberry Fudge Drop Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 cup butter, softened
    1 cup sugar
    1 large egg
    1/2 teaspoon strawberry extract
    1/2 cup buttermilk
    6 tablespoons pureed frozen sweetened strawberries
    1 3/4 cups flour
    6 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
    3/4 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F.
    Combine butter, sugar, egg and strawberry extract in a large bowl.
    Beat at medium speed until well blended.
    Beat in buttermilk and strawberry puree.
    Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt in a medium bowl and mix into creamed mixture at low speed until blended.
    Stir in white chocolate chips.
    Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls about 2-inches apart onto greased cookie sheets.
    Bake 10-12 minutes or until tops spring back when touched lightly.
    Remove immediately to wire racks to cool completely.
