Polish Coleslaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

300 g finely chopped white cabbage
300 g finely chopped red cabbage
1 red long chili pepper (or green)
4 celery root
1 carrot
1 onion
6 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons white vinegar (or balsamic)
1 tablespoon honey (or sugar)
salt
black pepper
Preparation

In a bowl mix all the veggies.
Mix the sauce ingredients in another bowl and pour over the sliced veggies.
Before serving toss again.
