Baked Pita Sticks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 wild oats organic pita bread (White or Whole-wheat)
    1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
    1 tablespoon sea salt
    1 teaspoon dill
    1 teaspoon thyme
    1 teaspoon basil
    1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F Mix together the spices and herbs.
    Cut each pita with a pair of kitchen scissors into 1-inch wide strips. Place on a cookie sheet. Brush with olive oil. Sprinkle with spice mixture. Bake 5-8 minutes or until golden brown.
