Restless Leg Syndrome Home Remedy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 - 1 cup applesauce
    1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (more or less)
Preparation
    Add cinnamon to applesauce and stir until completely combined. (if you don't have any applesauce a mashed ripe banana or even some pudding works in a pinch)
    Eat it quickly as you really don't want to taste this much as the cinnamon can be a bit intense, but make sure you mixed it thoroughly or it might make you cough.
    If you are like me you should sense relief in 10 - 15 minutes.
    Get some sleep.
