Quick Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 beef round steak, cut in strips
    1 tablespoon vegetable oil
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 cup catsup
    4 tablespoons soy sauce
    1 large green pepper, cut in strips
    1 medium onion, diced
Preparation
    Heat oil in large skillet.
    Add beef strips, stirring until browned.
    Add mushroom soup and 1 can of water.
    Add catsup and soy sauce.
    Add green peppers and onion.
    Simmer for 45 minutes until meat is tender.
    Serve over rice.
