Ingredients

1/2 cup light margarine
1/4 cup Splenda sugar substitute
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/8 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation

Mix margarine, Splenda and vanilla.
Add in flour & baking powder.
Add in chocolate chips.
Separate into 12 balls and flatten slightly.
Bake at 300\u00b0F for 10 minutes.
