Multi Purpose Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup oil
    1/4 cup white vinegar
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
    For Beef
    2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
    1 teaspoon oregano
    For Lamb
    1 teaspoon curry powder
    For Pork
    2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
    1 teaspoon sage
    1/4 cup soya sauce
    For poultry and veal
    1/2 teaspoon paprika
    1/4 teaspoon sage
    1/4 teaspoon savory
    1/4 teaspoon thyme
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a jar& shake well.
    Pour over meat or poultry.
    Cover& place in refrigerator for at least 2 hours but best if left overnight.
    Stir or turn occasionally.
