Ginger Bath Soak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups baking soda
    1 cup epsom salts
    2 tablespoons ground ginger
Preparation
    Mix together and store in an airtight container. I actually like to whirl mine up in a blender or food processor so that the salt is smaller and easier to dissolve in the bath.
    Add 1-2 tablespoons to tub of warm water and soak for 20-30 minutes. Your skin will feel so soft!
