Epicure Hummus - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (19 ounce) can chickpeas, drained
    1/4 cup tahini
    3 -6 garlic cloves, crushed
    3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
    3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
    3 tablespoons hot water (important for texture)
    2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
    1 tablespoon cumin
    For Garnish
    paprika
    parsley
    cumin
Preparation
    Put all ingredients into food processor, starting with the chickpeas and process until smooth.
    Serve with fresh naan, pita bread, melba toast or veggies.
