Tangy Plum Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup yellow plum jam or 1 cup apricot jam
    1/4 cup orange juice
    2 tablespoons white vinegar
    1 teaspoon dry mustard
    1 teaspoon Braggs liquid aminos
    1/2 teaspoon orange zest
Preparation
    Combine all in a saucepan.
    Cook until the jam melts and bubbles.
    Serve warm.
    Use as a dip for Tofu or oriental dishes.
