Mexican Swiss Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lbs hamburger
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 cup salsa
10 3/4 ounces cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Form patties from hamburger.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle top with green pepper and onion.
Mix salsa and cream of mushroom soup.
Pour over meat.
Cover with foil.
Bake for 2 hours at 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
