Sweet And Sour .... Anything! - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops (or ribs, chicken to serve 4)
    3 -4 stalks celery
    1 onion
    1 green pepper
    1 red pepper
    1/4 cup soy sauce (GF or regular)
    1 cup water
    1/2 cup vinegar
    1/2 cup water
    1 cup sugar
    1 cup water
    4 tablespoons cornstarch
Preparation
    Fry chops, ribs or chicken, then place in casserole dish.
    Top with veggies (chopped into big chunks).
    Add soy sauce and 1 cup water to pan.
    In a small pot - boil vinegar, water and sugar for 10 minutes Then add to soy sauce/water in pan.
    Combine cornstarch and water - add to liquid in frying pan and heat to thicken.
    Pour sauce over pork/veggies.
    Cover and bake 350\u00b0F for 1 hour.
    Serve over rice.
