Banana Smoothie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 bananas
1/4 cup plain yogurt
2 tablespoons wheat germ
1 tablespoon honey
2 cups milk
ground nutmeg
Preparation

Put the bananas in a blender or food processor.
Add the yoghurt, honey, wheat germ, milk and nutmeg.
Process or blend until smooth.
Taste before serving and add more honey if you like.
