Slow Cooked Corned Beef In Crock Pot - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lbs corned beef brisket, with seasoning packet
    3 large potatoes, peeled and cut into eighths
    12 ounces beer
    1 small head of cabbage, cut into 1/3 inch slices
Preparation
    Trim brisket. Set into bottom of slow cooker.
    Spread seasoning packet over brisket.
    Spread potatoes evenly over brisket.
    Pour beer over potatoes.
    Cook on low for about 7 hours.
    After about 4-5 hours spoon broth over potatoes.
    About 1 hour before serving, place cabbage over potatoes.
    Cook till cabbage is tender.
