24 ounces salmon fillets
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes, drained
1/2 cup sun-dried tomato dressing
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, shredded
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0F.
Place salmon on a greased 13x9x2-inch baking dish.
Combine tomatoes and dressing. Pour over salmon and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes. Serve with rice or butter noodles.
