Skinny Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    1/2 banana
    1/2 cup uncooked oatmeal
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1 dash cinnamon (optional)
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in a blender.
    Blend on high for 15-20 seconds.
    Spray a griddle or skillet with non-stick spray.
    Pour on batter and cook till edges are golden brown.
