Microwave Gravy Ii - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 cup meat drippings or 1/3 cup poultry dripping
    2 cups broth, warm or 2 cups water
    1/3 cup all-purpose flour, unsifted
    salt & pepper
Preparation
    Combine drippings and flour in 4 cup glass measure. Stir in broth. Season to taste.
    Microwave on High for 2 minutes or until thickened.
