High Protein Diet (Cornell) Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups water
    2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    2 tablespoons honey
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/4 cup wheat germ
    1/2 cup soy flour
    1 2/3 cups whole wheat flour
    2 cups bread flour
    1/2 cup nonfat dry milk powder
    1 tablespoon vital wheat gluten
    2 1/2 teaspoons yeast
Preparation
    Add all ingredients to bread machine and set on Whole Wheat Cycle.
