2/3 cup white wine vinegar
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons ginger, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons hot sauce
2 green onions, minced
Preparation

Combine ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Could optionally be machine blended.
You're done.
Marinade can be kept covered in the fridge for up to 3 days.
