Onion Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (2 ounce) envelope onion soup mix
4 potatoes, cut in chunks
1/3 cup oil

Preparation

In a 9 X 13 inch baking pan, combine all ingredients.
Bake at 425 degrees, stirring occasionally, 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
