Wok This Way - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs beef tips (or leftover steak cut into pieces)
1 onion, chopped (preferably sweet)
1/2 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1 (6 1/2 ounce) can of pieces and stems mushrooms
1 (12 ounce) jar heinz rich mushroom gravy
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon onion powder
Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Preparation

In a large skillet cook meat on medium heat with a few dashes of worchestershire sauce until fully cooked,(if using precooked meat slightly saute it).
Add onion,peppers and minced garlic. Cook until onions have slightly golden edges, then add gravy and mushrooms.(You may want to put a small amount of water, like a 1/2 cup, in the gravy jar and shake up with the lid on and then add it to the skillet.)Add another dash of worchestershire sauce and the onion powder and a few shakes of salt and pepper.
Mix it all together very well, making sure to get all the meat and veggies coated with gravy.
Reduce heat. Simmer for about 10-15 minutes, stirring every few minutes.
