Ricotta Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 cups ricotta cheese
1 cup cream
1/2 cup honey (or sugar)
1 teaspoon vanilla (optional)

Preparation

Place ricotta cheese and cream in a blender and mix until smooth.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Once the mixture is smooth, pour into an ice-cream machine.
