Greek Ouzo Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb skinless chicken breast
    1 1/3 cups carrots, coarsely grated
    1 1/3 cups zucchini, coarsely grated
    1/2 cup heavy cream or 1/2 cup half-and-half
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    3 tablespoons ouzo
    sea salt
    fresh ground pepper
Preparation
    Heat the oil in a heavy-bottomed frying pan. When hot, add the chicken and saute for 4 minutes. Add the carrots and zucchini and continue to saute 3 minutes longer. Add the ouzo, cream, salt, and pepper and cook 2-3 minutes more until the sauce melds.
