Herb Quick Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 cups all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 tablespoon caraway seed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 egg
1 cup milk
1/3 cup canola oil
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine the first seven ingredients.
In a small bowl, whisk the egg, milk, and oil; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.
Transfer to a greased 9x5 pan.
Bake at 350 for 40-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Cool for 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
