Kona Inn Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 cups flour
    2 teaspoons baking soda
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 cup vegetable shortening
    2 cups sugar
    2 cups mashed ripe bananas (about 6)
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 cup chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Toss together flour and baking soda.
    Add shortening, sugar, and salt.
    Add bananas, eggs and walnuts.
    Grease and flour 2 bread pans.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 65 to 70 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool in pan for 5 minutes, them turn out onto a rack to cool completely.
