5 Minute Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
    1 -2 tablespoon olive oil
    2 whole garlic cloves, peeled
    1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
    1 teaspoon montreal seasoning
    1 teaspoon fresh lemon zest
    1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
    2 teaspoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
Preparation
    Heat oil in large non-stick skillet.
    Smash garlic cloves to release scent but do not chop. Add garlic, red pepper, and shrimp to oil.
    Cook, stirring to mix, until shrimp begins to turn pink (about 2-3 minutes).
    Add zest, lemon juice, and parsley. Toss to mix. Remove garlic from pan and discard.
    Remove from heat and serve!
