Creamy Coleslaw Dressing (Low Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup low-fat mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip)
    6 tablespoons non-fat soymilk
    1 teaspoon celery seed
    2 teaspoons Splenda sugar substitute
Preparation
    In a small mixing bowl, mix together the mayo, soy milk, celery seed and Splenda. Keep refrigerated until ready to use.
    To use, toss with shredded cabbage or broccoli, shredded carrots, and diced apple or celery.
