Ingredients

1 cup flour
1 cup vanilla-flavored soymilk (or milk)
1/2 cup sugar
6 eggs or 1 1/2 cups egg substitute
2 -3 tablespoons butter or 2 -3 tablespoons margarine
Preparation

Place melted butter into a Large frying pan and set it into the oven. Set the oven at 475 degrees. Let butter melt till the oven reaches 475.
Beat the eggs till they are fluffy. Add the rest of Ingredients and mix till smooth.
When the oven reaches 475 degrees take out the pan with the melted butter. Move the melted butter to cover the edges of pan. Pour the mixture into the hot pan and place it back into the oven and cook till the edges start to turn to a golden brown approximately 15-20 minute ( the sides will raise about 3 to 5 inches above the edges of the pan while cookin in the oven).
Serve with Syrup, Cinnamon and sugar, jam, or powder sugar.
