Roasted Rosemary Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes
    1/4 cup finely chopped onion
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary or 2 teaspoons dried rosemary
    1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme or 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/8 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
    Heat oven to 450\u00b0F.
    Grease a jelly roll pan (15 1/2x10 1/2x1-inch).
    Cut potatoes into 1-inch pieces.
    Mix remaining ingredients in large bowl.
    Add potatoes and toss to coat.
    Spread potatoes in a single layer in the pan.
    Bake uncovered 20-25 minutes until they are light brown.
