Mexican Chilaquiles Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups crushed tortilla chips
    2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese
    1 1 cup shredded pork or 1 cup roast chicken
    1 1 cup chopped green onions or 1 cup leftover cooked vegetables
    28 ounces mild green enchilada sauce
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients until well blended.
    Pack into a baking dish and pop into the oven for about an hour.
