Shrimp Paste - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb shrimp, cooked and peeled
    5 tablespoons olive oil
    1 lime, juice of
    1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    1/2 teaspoon dried basil
    1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
    salt
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a food processor, and pulse until a paste is formed. Taste for seasoning, then place in a serving dish, cover, and chill for several hours before serving with toast or crackers.
