Loaded Quinoa Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups vital wheat gluten flour
    1/2 cup whole ground flax seed meal
    1 1/2 cups cooked quinoa
    1 1/2 cups old fashioned oats
    1 teaspoon ground sea salt
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 cup coconut oil
    1/4 cup honey
    1/2 cup Agave
    2 eggs
    1 tablespoon vanilla extract
    1 tablespoon cinnamon
    1 cup dried cranberries
    1 cup dark chocolate chips
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
    Cook quinoa and set aside to let cool.
    Mix flour, vital wheat gluten, flaxseed meal, oats, salt, baking powder, baking soda in a bowl.
    Beat coconut oil, honey, agave, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon together.
    Then add in the flour mixture, dried cranberries and chocolate chips.
    Spoon dough onto cookie sheet.
    Bake for 10-12 minutes, until golden brown.
