Dairy Free, Soy Free Protein Shake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tablespoon almond butter, or
    1 tablespoon peanut butter
    1 scoop whey protein powder
    1 tablespoon flax seed, ground
    1 tablespoon flax seed oil
    1/3 banana, frozen
    1 tablespoon blueberries, frozen
    1 cup water
    artificial sweetener, to taste (optional)
Preparation
    Put everything in a blender and blend until creamy and fluffy.
