Tater Tot, Beef & Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb lean ground beef
1 small onion, chopped finely
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
3 cups tater tots
2 cups cheddar cheese
salt and pepper
Preparation

Brown beef and onion. Drain.
Mix mushroom soup into beef.
Press mixture in bottom of 9\" square pan.
Top with frozen tater tots.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 375 for 25 minutes.
