Sun-Dried Tomato Crock Pot Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 cup celery, chopped
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    36 ounces whole tomatoes or 36 ounces tomatoes, chopped, undrained
    2/3 cup chablis or 2/3 cup other dry white wine
    1 teaspoon dried fennel seed
    1 1/2 teaspoons basil
    1/2 teaspoon oregano
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
    Salt to taste Place all ingredients in crock pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
    Note: You can add mushrooms if desired.
