Ingredients

1 center cut ready to eat ham steak
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
2 teaspoons dry mustard
2 tablespoons vinegar
Preparation

Place ham in shallow pan.
Combine mustard with brown sugar and vinegar; spread over ham.
Broil ham under moderate heat until slightly browned; turn, baste with pan drippings and broil til lighlty browned.
