Chinese Sweet And Sour Cucumbers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tablespoons peanut oil
1/2 cup scallion, shredded
1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
3 tablespoons soy sauce (Kikkoman)
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 medium cucumbers, cut into pieces
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Preparation

Heat the peanut oil in a wok. Add the scallions and stir briefly. Add the soy sauce, Tabasco, vinegar and a pinch of sugar. Stir and let boil. Add cucumbers and sesame oil. Toss uncovered over high heat until the liquid becomes thick. The cucumbers should not be allowed to become discolored. Serve hot.
