Chocolate Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 cups sugar
    1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
    1/4 cup butter, melted (1/2 stick)
    2 eggs
    10 tablespoons evaporated milk
    1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
    1/8 teaspoon salt
    1 unbaked 8-inch pie shell
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    Mix sugar cocoa powder and butter in medium bowl.
    Add eggs and beat well.
    Blend in milk,vanilla and salt.
    Pour into pie shell and bake until tested incerted into center comes out clean (center will look soft), 35 to 40 minutes.
    Cool;serve with whipped cream.
