Jazzy Grill Burgers With Beer Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Burgers ingredients
    1 1/2 lbs ground beef
    2 tablespoons milk
    1/4 cup finely chopped onion
    1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    1 garlic clove, minced
    Sauce
    2 tablespoons chopped onions
    2 tablespoons chopped green peppers
    2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine
    1/2 cup catsup
    2 teaspoons cornstarch
    1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 cup beer
Preparation
    Mix beef, milk, onion, garlic, and Worcestershire; form into patties and refrigerate 15 minutes or more.
    Grill burgers over medium heat on the grill for about 6 minutes, turn and continue to cook until desired doneness.
    While burgers are grilling, saute onion and green pepper in butter or margarine until tender but not brown.
    Combine catsup, cornstarch, and Worcestershire sauce; add to the cooked vegetables.
    Slowly add beer and heat until warm.
