Calexico Burrito - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup cooked chicken
    1 -2 slice monterey jack pepper cheese
    1/2 avocado
    2 slices sweet onions, sauteed and carmelized
    1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
    1 flour tortilla
Preparation
    Warm tortilla on a pan or in the oven for about 30 seconds until pliable.
    Spread tortilla with chili sauce Toss in the chicken, onions, avocado, and pepper jack.
    Roll tightly bending the side edges in as you roll it up.
    Heat a teaspoon of butter or oil in a pan and lightly toast both sides turning once.
