Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies - Sugar Free - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup natural-style peanut butter or 1 cup no-sugar-added peanut butter
    1 cup oatmeal
    1 cup Splenda granular, sugar substitute
    1 egg
    1 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Roll into small balls and then roll in more Splenda.
    Flatten with a fork.
    Bake at 350 for 8 - 12 mintues.
