Custard Sauce For Almendrado - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 egg yolks
    4 tablespoons sugar
    1/2 cup milk
    1 dash salt
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation
    Mix yolks, sugar, milk and salt in pot and cook over medium heat. Stirring till thick and coats a spoon.
    Cool a couple minutes add extract and chill.
    Cover and chill for up to 24 hours.
