Oat Flour Blueberry Breakfast Cake - cooking recipe

2 cups oat flour (grind oatmeal in food processor)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup water
1/4 cup nonfat milk
1/4 cup honey
1 cup blueberries
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375. Spray (grease) small cake pan.
Sift together flour, baking powder, soda, and salt. Add vegetable oil, water, milk, honey and wisk. Add blueberries. Pour into cake pan.
Bake 15-20 minutes.
Makes 6 servings.
