South Beach Diet Chocolate Cookies (Phase 1) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    30 pecan halves, chopped fine
    1 egg
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla
    2 teaspoons cocoa powder
    2 teaspoons sugar substitute
    cooking spray
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    Mix all ingredients.
    Drop by teaspoonful onto greased cookie sheet.
    Bake for 8 minutes or until firm to the touch.
