Iced Coffee Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    32 cups brewed coffee
    1 1/2 quarts vanilla ice cream
    sugar or artificial sweetener
Preparation
    Brew coffee the night before the occasion and refrigerate.
    Use some to make ice cubes so it will not be diluted when the ice melts. You can put a sprig of mint into each cube. It looks pretty and has a nice taste.
    Add scoops of vanilla ice cream. Sweeten to taste.
