Slow Cooker Pork With Peaches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tablespoons dried tarragon leaves
    1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
    2 garlic cloves
    1 tablespoon honey
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon black pepper
    1 lb boneless pork loin, trimmed of Visible fat
    1 cup pecan pieces
    2 chopped onions
    2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
    2 (15 ounce) cans peaches, drained
Preparation
    Combine all in a slow cooker and cook on low 6-8 hours.
