Raspberry Banana Protein Smoothie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup skim milk
    1/3 cup vanilla protein powder
    1/4 cup raspberries
    1/4 cup banana, smashed
    2 teaspoons sugar substitute
    3 ice cubes
Preparation
    pour all ingredients into blender in order listed. blend on high for 1 or 2 minutes.
    pour into glass and serve immediately.
    makes 1 16oz glass or 2 8oz glasses.
