Grumpy German - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 -7 lbs pork roast
2 (14 ounce) cans sauerkraut
2 (21 ounce) cans apple pie filling
1 1/2 teaspoons caraway seeds
Preparation

Combine sauerkraut and apple pie filling in crock pot. Place roast in crock pot and ladle sauerkraut over roast. Sprinkle with caraway seed. Cook on high for 6 hours. Reduce heat to low and continue to cook for 2-3 hours.
