Tequila-Lime Halibut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 halibut fillets (6-8 Oz Each)
    1/4 cup tequila
    1/2 cup fresh lime juice
    2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
    2 tablespoons garlic, chopped
    salt and pepper
    Sauce
    1/2 cup sour cream
    1 tablespoon garlic, chopped
    1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
    1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    1 dash tequila
Preparation
    Marinate the Halibut in tequila, lime, cilantro, and garlic.
    Sauce preparation: Blend sauce ingredients in blender or food processor.
    Broil the fish and drizzle with sauce.
    Serve with rice and seasonal vegetable and a wedge of lime.
