Three Cup Chicken (San Bei Ji) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
    1 cup oil
    1 cup soy sauce
    1 cup white wine
Preparation
    Place chicken in a saucepan.
    Pour oil, soy sauce, and wine over chicken; bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat; cover and simmer until chicken is tender, approximately 40 minutes.
